Koufos specializes in litigation matters. He

of New Jersey. Mr. Koufos began his legal career
as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward
M. Oles, J.S.C., in the New Jersey Superior
Court (Ocean Vicinage).
Mr. Koufos graduated
summa cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal
Justice in 2000. At John Jay College, Mr. Koufos
was enrolled in the prestigious B.A./M.A. Outstanding
Scholar Program. He earned a B.A. and M.A. in
Criminal Justice in less than three years, specializing
in Criminal Law & Procedure.
Mr. Koufos earned
his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
He was an Associate Editor on Fordham's nationally
renowned Moot Court Board, and received the
Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for
his zealous and successful defense of indigent
defendants in New York County Criminal Courts.
He has carried this intensity and attention
to detail into his practice, and is one of the
best young litigators in the State.

Veronica R. Norgaard specializes in transactional
matters including wills, trusts, tax, and
real estate. Ms. Norgaard began her legal
career as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable
Joseph L. Foster, J.T.C., in the New Jersey
Superior Court (Ocean Vicinage). She is admitted
to practice in New Jersey and New York.
While
at Syracuse University School of Law, Ms.
Norgaard was a member of the National Tax
Moot Court Team. She also helped indigent
clients erase large debts and receive hefty
refunds from the IRS through the Syracuse
University Low-Income Taxpayers Clinic. In
less than three months, Ms. Norgaard was able
to erase over $46,000 in debts and collect
$23,000 in refunds from the IRS.
Ms. Norgaard was an active member of VITA,
a Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program
that assists indigent individuals file their
taxes.
Ms.
Norgaard is an active member of the Ocean
County Bar Association, and sits on the Young
Lawyers Committee and the Women's Committee.
